Eligibility criteria and access
The EACVI online Course Catalogue is accessible to EACVI members and non-members with a My ESC account.
NEW: eduCAD clinical cases
Dedicated to young physicians/doctors, EduCAD is a web-based educational tool for training in multimodality cardiac imaging.
It offers clinical cases selected from the EVINCI study* population for training in the appropriate use of multimodal cardiac imaging for diagnosis and management of ischemic heart disease.

Four Learning Programmes are available
The ESC eLearning platform is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide CME activities for medical specialists. The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS).
Important:
Applicable from 1 March 2018:
in order to obtain a CME credit, participants should take, or retake the corresponding course and answer correctly the MCQs - before the accreditation expiration date: December 2019.
In the 4 EACVI Learning Programmes, 76 courses have an assessment mechanism (MCQ test), allowing participants to obtain 1 European CME Credit (ECMEC), upon successful completion.
- Transthoracic echocardiography (TTE): includes 31 tutorials with CME credit
- Transoesophageal echocardiography (TOE): includes 16 tutorials with CME credit
- If you are an EACVI member, the following reductions will apply:
- Standard member: 25% on full price
- Gold member: 45% on full price
- Silver member under 40 years old: 35% on full price
*The reduced price will apply automatically when you log in with your My ESC credentials. The prices exclude VAT.

Access to online courses will be granted for 6 months after purchase.
